§ 292-3 Chapter 292 Streets and Sidewalks

Release of retained percentage from subdivider's agreement.

Upon acceptance of the streets or roads by the Town Board and submission of the required two-year performance bond by the subdivision developer, the Supervisor shall release the retained percentage from the subdivider's agreement.
