§ 292-2 Chapter 292 Streets and Sidewalks

Inspection and acceptance.

A. Upon receipt of dedication papers, the Town Engineer and the Town Highway Superintendent shall inspect the work.B. The subdivision developer shall be furnished a list of any corrections or repairs to be made.C. When the streets or roads have been completed satisfactory to the Town Engineer and the Town Highway Superintendent, the Town Engineer shall notify the Town Board, in writing, and the Town Highway Superintendent shall deliver signed dedication papers to the Board.
