§ 292-4 Chapter 292 Streets and Sidewalks

Permit to cut highway; bond.

A. No town street or road may be cut for any purpose without a permit issued in accordance with § 149 and/or other applicable provisions of the Highway Law.B. A bond shall be posted in an amount determined by the Town Board as set by resolution.[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions, Art. I)]
