Notification of dumping.

Each discharge of scavenger wastes shall be made only with the approval of the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers. The Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers may require inspection, sampling, and analysis of each load prior to the discharge of a load. Any extra costs associated with such inspection, sampling, and analysis shall be paid by the permittee.
