Dumping location, times and rates.

The Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers will require discharging at only designated locations within the POTW, and only at certain times and rates, and on only certain days of the week, or seasons of the year as shall be stated on said permit or as may be decided by the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers. The time and conditions for permissible discharge shall be as set forth on the permit, or as may be revised by the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers.
