Charges for discharge of trucked or hauled waste.

The Webster Town Board shall establish fees for discharge of scavenger wastes and leachate to be discharged into the Districts POTW. The scavenger permittee will be charged a fee for each dumping. Rates charged for the tickets shall be those rates determined by the Town of Webster. Payment shall be made under individual tickets for each load produced under the terms of the permit.
