Use of a disconnect switch alone is not sufficient. • All wiring passing through building penetrations shall be installed in approved conduit (PVC, rigid, or flex). • All electrical penetrations shall be fully weatherproofed using substrate-appropriate sealant. If a specific sealant is noted in the drawings, that product shall be used. • Reuse of existing secondary wiring is not permitted under any circumstances. • Connect primary wiring to disconnect switch and power supply per manufacturer installation drawings. Wiring shall enter signage through approved electrical connectors and be properly protected.
