Marr, Receiver of Taxes, to be approved as to the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), form sufficiency of surety thereof, the cost of said Bond being a charge upon the Town of Webster, and that said bond is filed in the Office of the Clerk of the Town and will be examined by the County of Monroe Attorney.
