Flaherty at 7:15 p.m., at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster,

Resolution No. 48: MOTION by Councilman Cahill, seconded by Councilwoman Cataldi, to
adopt a esolution effective January 1, 2025, to take the following actions:

Webster Town Board
1. Adopt the $15.50 per hour 2025 New York State minimum wage rate for part-time
hourly employees making $15.00 per hour.
2. Approve a $0.50 compression adjustment for part-time hourly employees making more
than $15.00 per hour but less than $16.00 per hour.
3. Approve a 2% increase for part-time hourly employees making $16.00 or more per hour.
4. Approve a 2% increase for non-union salaried employees and officials.

Supervisor Flaherty announces that Patricia Cataldi shall be appointed to the
position of Deputy Town Supervisor, to serve at the pleasure of the Supervisor.

Supervisor Flaherty announces that Paul Adams will continue as the Town of
Webster Finance Director, to serve at the pleasure of the Supervisor.

Supervisor Flaherty announces that Kim Doyle will continue as the Secretary to the
Supervisor, to serve at the pleasure of the Supervisor.

Supervisor Flaherty announces that Lynn Barton will continue as the Webster
Historian to serve at the pleasure of the Supervisor.
There being no further business to come before the Board, the Organizational Meeting was
