§ 257-40 Chapter 257 Sewers

Extension of sewers by Town.

Property owners may petition the Town to extend sewers to service their properties. The cost of said sewer extensions will be the responsibility of the property owner. The Town of Webster Town-Wide Sewer District will pay for the usual and necessary engineering for said projects.
