§ 257-39 Chapter 257 Sewers

Repairs to defective sewers.

During inspection of sewers, if they are found to be defective the contractor or homeowner will have 90 days to make repairs. If he or she refuses to repair, the Town has the option to repair the defective sewer and charge the contractor or homeowner for said repairs.
