§ 257-126 Chapter 257 Sewers

Publication of rules; availability for inspection.

The Town Board and/or the Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers shall compile, index and publish all effective rules. The compilation shall be supplemented as often as necessary. Copies of the compilation shall be open for inspection upon request at the Town Clerk's office during normal public hours.
