§ 257-125 Chapter 257 Sewers

Filing of rules; time frame for taking effect.

A. The Chief Plant Operator and/or Superintendent of Sewers shall file a certified copy of each rule with the Town Clerk of Webster. The Town Clerk will keep a permanent file which may be inspected upon request during normal business hours.B. The rule shall be effective 10 days after the filing.
