Severability.

The provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable and, if any section, sentence, clause or phrase hereof shall for any reason be held to be invalid, ineffective, in conflict with regulations of the federal and state authorities or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions hereof, and such provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
