Penalties for offenses.

In addition to or as may be limited by the laws of the State of New York, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by not more than 15 days incarceration or a fine of $250 for each violation. Each day of violation shall be deemed a new violation and shall be treated accordingly.
