RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2026 OF THE TOWN OF WEBSTER TOWN BOARD TO AWARD THE FERRIC CHLORIDE SOLUTION BID FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT AND AUTHORIZE THE TOWN SUPERVISOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 5th day of March, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, on February 11, 2026 bids were advertised in the Webster Herald for Ferric Chloride Solution to be used in the removal of phosphorus at the Town of Webster Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 226 Phillips Road for a term of one (1) year with two (2) one-year extensions if agreed to by the Town of Webster and the Supplier; and WHEREAS, on February 26, 2026 at 11:05 a.m. three (3) sealed bids were publicly opened and read aloud by the Town Clerk; and WHEREAS, the following bids were received: PVS Technologies, Inc. $1,193.00/Dry Ton Kemira Water Solutions, Inc. $1,212.00/Dry Ton Slack Chemical Co., Inc. No Bid NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Town of Webster awards the Ferric Chloride Solution Bid for the Wastewater Treatment Plant to PVS Technologies, 10900 Harper Avenue, Detroit, Michigan in the amount of $1,193.00 Per Dry Ton for the term of one (1) year with the Town having the option of renewing or extending the terms of the Agreement for two (2) additional 1-year terms, and to authorize the Town Supervisor to execute an Agreement.
