The bid is done twice a year - for fall purchases and spring purchases. The bid is awarded on a line item basis. Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator and the committee. The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $72,267.04
It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bids for duplicating paper from W.B. Mason, Economy Paper Company, Lindenmyer-Munroe, Veritive Corp., Quill, Head to Heals and Check-o Matic, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications of Monroe #2 BOCES.
