The bid is done once a year. The bid is awarded in aggregate. Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinators.
It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bid for Food Service Equipment Repair and Maintenance supplied by Monroe Piping and Sheet Metal, LLC, (for refrigerated service) and Monroe Piping and Sheet Metal, (for non-refrigerated service) as the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.
