Board Goal 2 Goal 2 -- District Climate and Culture: Our district will provide a safe, respectful, and caring environment, and we will promote the physical, social, emotional, and mental health of our students, our staff, and the community. To ensure achievement of this goal, all district staff will: ● Create meaningful opportunities for student, staff, and other stakeholder voices to impact building and district culture. ●
Strengthen and align our multi-tiered system of support, using universal and targeted resources to enable data-based decision making.
