RESOLUTION FOR APPOINTMENT OF BOARD MEMBER TO FILL VACANT SEAT
WHEREAS a vacancy exists on the Board of Education; and
WHEREAS the Board has determined that it would be in the best interest of the District to
appoint a qualified person to serve as a Board member so as to fill such vacancy on an interim basis.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by a majority vote of all the remaining members of the
Board of Education of the Webster Central School District that David Metzger be and hereby is,
appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Education of the School District for the period of
January 14, 2025, to May 20, 2025.
