At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New
York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New
York on the 17th day of September 2026, at 7:30 p.m., there were present:

Councilman Garrett J. Wagner
Resolution No. ___: MOTION by ___, seconded by ___, to approve and authorize the Town
Supervisor to renew an Agreement with J. O’Connell & Associates, Inc., 10646 Main Street,
Clarence, New York for the professional service of Grants Consulting and Proposal Writing in
an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) for a term of two (2) years ending
September 30, 2028.
