RESOLUTION NO. __ OF 2026 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD CLASSIFYING THE 1636 LAKE ROAD, TAX ID NO. 036.04-1-18 FILL PERMIT APPLICATION AS AN UNLISTED ACTION At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 17th day of September, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, the Webster Town Board considered the request by applicant, Mr. Michael Seversky, located at 1636 Lake Road, for a fill permit; and WHEREAS, the Webster Town Board has determined that the proposed action is an Unlisted Action under Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR); and WHEREAS, the Webster Town Board has determined that the action is subject to a single agency review pursuant to Part 617.6(b)(1) of SEQR and that it is the most appropriate agency for making the determination of significance; and WHEREAS, the Webster Town Board therefore designates itself as lead agency for the proposed action; and WHEREAS, the Webster Town Board has given consideration to the criteria for determining significance as set forth in Section 617.7(c)(1) of SEQR, and has considered the information contained in the Short Environmental Assessment Form Part 1, dated March 7, 2025 and completed Parts 2 and 3 of the Environmental Assessment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. Webster Town Board hereby determines that the proposed action will not have a significant adverse effect on the environment for the reasons set forth in the attached Notice of Determination of Non-Significance; and 2. Webster Town Board is authorized to take all actions reasonable and necessary to file the Negative Declaration and discharge the Webster Town Board’s responsibility as lead agency for this action.
