At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New
York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New
York on the 17th day of September 2026, at 7:30 p.m., there were present:
Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone
Councilman John J. Cahill
Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright
Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter
Councilman Garrett J. Wagner
Resolution No. ___: MOTION by ___, seconded by ___, to schedule a Public Hearing for the
proposed 2027 Town of Webster Budget and to publish the following Notice in the Webster
Herald on September 30, 2026 and October 7, 2026.
That the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Webster for 2027 has
been completed and filed with the Town Clerk where it is available for public inspection during
regular office hours.
That the Town Board will meet, and review said
Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing thereon at the Webster Town Board Room, 1002
Ridge Road, Webster, New York at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, October 15, 2026. At said Public
Hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget as compiled or any
items contained therein.
PURSUANT TO SECTION 108 OF THE TOWN LAW the proposed salaries of the elected
officials are specified as follows:
Supervisor......... $102,354
Councilperson... $ 22,766
Justice............... $ 51,380
