The Webster Central School District participated in a Cooperative Bid for Fine Paper that was coordinated by the Monroe #2 BOCES for 05/01/2025 through 10/31/2025. The bid has the following criteria: 1. The bid is done twice a year - for fall purchases and spring purchases. 2. The bid is awarded on a line item basis. 3. Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator and the committee. 4. The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $80,000. RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bids for duplicating paper from W.B. Mason, Economy Paper Company, Lindenmyer-Munroe, Veritive Corp., Quill, Agni Enterprise and Check-o Matic, Inc., as the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications of Monroe #2 BOCES.
