Brian Neenan, Superintendent From:Brian Freeman, Assistant Superintendent for Business Re: Monroe County Water Authority Resolution Cc: Board of Education Date: 4/3/2025 Attached are documents for your review and approval regarding an easement at Willink Middle School for the Monroe County Water Authority (MCWA). Currently, there is an existing fire hydrant and easement from the school’s original construction. However, the planned redesign of the front and side parking lots will create a conflict with its current location. As part of this project, the fire hydrant and easement will be relocated. To ensure MCWA can continue regular maintenance of the hydrant in its new location, a resolution (located below) approving the updated easement is required. For reference, I have included the following supporting documents: ●
A copy of the agreement to be executed with MCWA
●
A map illustrating the easement relocation
●
The required State Environmental Review paperwork
Please review the attached materials, and let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your time and consideration.
