The Webster Central School District participated in a Cooperative Bid for Beverage that was coordinated by Monroe 2 Orleans BOCES for the period of July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026. This bid has the following criteria: 1.
The bid is done once a year.

The bid is awarded in aggregate.
3.
Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator and the Food Service Committee.
4.
The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $11,000.
It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bid for beverage supplies from Crickler Vending Co., Inc. and Coca Cola Beverage, as the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.
