This property has previously housed the district’s Professional Development Center and is currently utilized for professional development activities as well as the District’s Tutoring Center. The lease agreement, between BIC (Boulter Industrial Complex LLC) and the Webster Central School District, reflects a continuation of the existing terms with only a minimal increase in rental fees.
