Brian Neenan, Superintendent From: Brian Freeman, Assistant Superintendent for Business Re: Scholarship Donation Cc: Board of Education Date: 9/8/2025 Attached is a check from Liberty Restaurants (Popeye’s restaurant) regarding a generous donation of $3,000 to Webster Central School District. This contribution is designated for generic high school scholarships. The instructional team is working with the high schools to develop parameters as it was a donation with limited scope. The donation is part of Liberty’s partnership program when opening a new restaurant in the community. It is our pleasure and honor to recommend that the Board of Education formally accept this gift at the September 9, 2025 board meeting. A new dedicated account will be established to manage these funds. This account exists outside the general fund and is intended exclusively for expenditures aligned with the purpose of this donation.
