The Webster Central School District participated in a Cooperative Bid for Food Service Equipment Repair, Maintenance and Installation that was coordinated by Monroe 2 Orleans BOCES for the period of January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026. This bid has the following criteria: 1.
The bid is done once a year.
2.
The bid is awarded in aggregate.
3.
Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator.
It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bid for Food Service Equipment Repair, Maintenance and Installation supplied by Monroe Piping and Sheet Metal, as the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications.
