RESOLUTION NO. __ OF 2026 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD REFERRING TO THE PLANNING BOARD AN APPLICATION REGARDING LANDS COMMONLY KNOWN AS TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER 065.05-1-48 AT 1222 WILDFLOWER DR., TOWN OF WEBSTER, FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, in the Town of Webster, New York on the 2nd day of April, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, Robby and Dina Villa own property with a Tax Account No. 065.05-1-48, at 1222 Wildflower Ln., Town of Webster; and WHEREAS, Verizon Wireless, seeks to construct a a communications tower on the aforesaid property; and WHEREAS, the affected lands are in a R-3 Single Family Residential District; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Webster Town Code § 130-8 a special use permit is required for a communcation tower proposed to be located in a R-3 Single Family Residential District; and WHEREAS, Webster Town Code § 130-11 requires referral of applications for a Special Use Permit to the Town Planning Board; and WHEREAS, the Site Plan and application have been received by the Town Board; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Form has been received and reviewed by the Town Board; and WHEREAS, after referral from the Town Board to the Town Planning Board, Webster Town Code, Section § 130-11 requires the Town Planning Board to review the application and supporting documentation and submit a report back to the Town Board regarding its findings and recommendations on the application: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the application, together with all supporting documents be referred to the Town of Webster Planning Board for its review and recommendation.

2. That the Town Planning Board as soon as practicable, after completion of site plan review procedure under Webster Town Code Chapter 269, shall submit a report of its findings with its recommendation for approval, conditional approval or disapproval of a Special Use Permit to the Town Board. 3. That the Town Board consents to any request of the Town Planning Board that the Town Planning Board be designated as the lead agency for coordinated review procedures for the proposed action under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act.
