RESOLUTION NO. ___ OF 2026 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN BOARD TO ENACT LOCAL LAW NO. 3 of 2026 AMENDING SECTIONS 320-1, 320-4, AND 320-6 OF THE WEBSTER TOWN CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. At a regular meeting of the Webster Town Board of the Town of Webster, Monroe County, New York, held at the Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York on the 20th day of August, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., there were present: Supervisor Alexander B. Scialdone Deputy Supervisor Nicholas E. Hunter Councilman John J. Cahill Councilwoman Jennifer S. Wright Councilman Garrett J. Wagner The following Resolution was offered by ___ and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Town Board that certain changes to traffic control devices and traffic regulations within the Town of Webster are desirable and will have a positive impact on the community; and WHEREAS, the Town Board has the authority pursuant to Article 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York to adopt and amend local laws not inconsistent with law, and more specifically, to enact local laws protecting and enhancing the physical and visual environment and the government, protection, order, conduct, safety, health and well-being of persons or property therein; and WHEREAS, a Notice of this Public Hearing was published in the Webster Herald on July 22, 2026, and posted on the Town’s website and on the Town Clerk’s Bulletin Board at 1000 Ridge Road, Webster, New York; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on this matter has been held on August 6 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at the Webster Town Board Meeting Room, 1002 Ridge Road, Webster, New York, and all interested persons have been heard; and WHEREAS, the proposed action is a “TYPE II” action under the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act, it being routine or continuing agency administration and management, not including new programs or major reordering of priorities that may affect the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. Enact Local Law No. 3 of 2026 amending Sections 320-1, 320-4, and 320-6 of the Webster Town Code relating to traffic regulations 2. Such Local Law will be designated as: LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2026 This law is entitled “ A local law amending Sections 320-1, 320-4, and 320-6 of the Webster Town Code relating to traffic regulations.” This local law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State.

Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Webster as follows: § 320-1. No stopping, standing or parking. [Last amended 12-14-2022 by Res.
