Andrew joined Costich Engineering as a Junior Engineer, bringing experience in site design, construction materials testing, and multidisciplinary drafting support. His work includes NYSDOT permit applications and drawings, Maintenance and Protection of Traffic plans, backflow reports, SWPPP reports, septic design, and general CAD drafting. Andrew’s background includes hands-on field exposure to active construction projects as well as experience contributing to structural, site, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plan development. That broad technical foundation, combined with his attention to detail and interest in projects that improve the communities they serve, supports his role on a wide range of engineering assignments. His versatility across technical disciplines and comfort working in both office and field-related settings make him a strong part of Costich’s engineering team.

Tristyn joined Costich in May 2025 as a Landscape Designer, after receiving his bachelor’s degree from SUNY ESF in Landscape Architecture. In his role, he focuses on creating landscape plans, developing plant palettes, drafting construction documents, and producing 3D renderings. He will also play a key role in GIS mapping and analysis for the Town of Gates Climate Smart Communities Climate Adaptation Plan. Tristyn enjoys working on large-scale design projects, particularly those that involve intricate planning and expansive designs. Tristyn spent a semester studying abroad in Istanbul, Turkey where he studied the relationship between urban morphology and lifestyle of Turkey. Outside of work, Tristyn is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for fishing and rock climbing, and also enjoys playing guitar.
