The Webster Central School District participated in a Cooperative Bid for Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Supply coordinated by Monroe 2- Orleans BOCES for the period of 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027. This bid has the following criteria: 1. The bid is conducted once a year. 2. The bid is awarded on an aggregate basis. 3. Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator and the Monroe County Food Service Purchasing Committee. 4. The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $50,000. Recommended Resolution: It is recommended to the Webster Central School District Board of Education that we accept the bid for Ice Cream and Frozen Dessert Supply from Hershey’s Ice Cream, as the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications.
