This is for the Thomas phase of the project that was bid last November. Project: Webster CIP Phase 3 Thomas, SED Project No. 26-19-01-06–0-011-033 Contractor: LG Evans Construction, Inc. Description of Change Order: Change Order No. 301-05 is a district-requested change to the Thomas High School portion of the project. The scope of work for this change order includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete a design and installation change to the turf stadium field. This change was initiated after some additional consultations with Thomas athletic administration and site visits to other Monroe county school athletic facilities. The majority of the change is due to a material increase by changing the border color to the Thomas blue along with additional lettering. This change order is specific to Thomas and the design change will be incorporated into the bid package for the Schroeder field during that phase of the project. Financial Impact: This change order results in an increase to the contract sum in the amount of $41,112.50. All costs associated with this change have been reviewed and approved by the architect, LaBella Associates, P.C., and the construction manager, Campus CMG Inc., and are in accordance with the contract.
