#7241, Student Directory Information This policy was revised to update the Questions and Answers Regarding Directory Information which included revisions based on the guidance document released by NYSED in June 2025, which recommends that districts do not release place of birth as directory information because this information may be harmful or an invasion of privacy if disclosed.
