Letter Of Intent
7/15/26
741 Hailey Drive, Webster NY 14580 To the Zoning Board of Appeals,
| am writing to request an area variance to park my 20 ft commercial vehicle (“frozen food” food truck) in the backyard of my home located at 741 Hailey drive, Webster NY 14580, for the busy months of May-October of each year. Starting year of 2027.
The existing zoning code requires, one commercial vehicle 20 ft or smaller to be parked on the property, in the driveway or garage. Due to the unique shape of my lot, we have plenty of land and a crusher stone pad, next to my 20 ft shed, as the area is surrounded by trees and foliage during the time we want to park it there. We store it away in a warehouse an hour away during the off-season.
We are 40 ft from our neighbors’ lot line and totally free from right-of ways and residential parking, and toading and unloading which we do out of our garage for the business. We have been parking in front of the garage where it is visible to the entire cul-de- sac and in the way of loading, and now next to the garage, so we figured it would be tucked away in the back and out of the way.
We had previously parked there in previous years before we had a complaint and now the circumstances have changed with the neighbors’ who are now moving, so now | am bringing it back to the board. Thank you for considering my request.
Sincerely,
Brigitte FitzGerald
