To Whom It May Concern,
| am respectfully requesting approval for a variance to allow the installation of a 6-foot privacy fence on the side of my corner-lot property where the current limit is 4 feet.
Because my home is situated on a corner lot, a 4-foot fence would not provide the level of privacy or security that a standard 6-foot privacy fence offers to most homeowners. My wife and | have a 1%-year- old child, are expecting another child in October, and also have a family dog. A 6-foot fence would provide a much safer and more secure outdoor environment for our growing family by helping to keep our young children and pet safely within our yard while also creating the privacy that is normally difficult to achieve ona corner lot.
We are committed to maintaining our property and ensuring that the fence is aesthetically pleasing and compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. Granting this variance would allow our family to enjoy our property safely while addressing the unique challenges associated with our lot's location.
Thank you for your time and consideration of this request. We appreciate your review and hope for your approval of this variance.
Sincerely,
Alex Lucarelli and Family
