Area Variance- Letter of Intent To whom it may concern,
This correspondence serves as my Letter of Intent regarding the “New Shed” project and Area Variance approval at: 785 Somerdale Drive Webster, NY 14580
A New England Classic Transom shed (10’x20’), constructed by STURDI-BUILT SHEDS, newly built off site then delivered and placed on top of a crushed gravel pad. Shed construction consists of standard lumber, vinyl siding & asphalt roof shingle design.
Area Variance requested for placement of this shed on the southwest part of the lot at 785 Somerdale Drive Webster, NY 14580, which lies in the area designated as the 30’ minimum setback, but greater than 5’ of the property line.
