Please be advised that this firm represents the above-referenced entity in its alcoholic beverage regulatory matters. Please be further advised that our client notified your office in August 2025 of a forthcoming Class Change Application with the NYSLA for the above-referenced premises to add spirits to its current Tavern Wine License. The application has since been filed but the NYSLA is requesting that we renotify your office since it has been more than 270 days since the original notice was delivered.

As such, enclosed please find the Standardized Notice Form as required by the NYSLA for same. Given that there were no objections to the filing when we initially notified your office, I am enclosing a request for a waiver of the 30-day notice period so that the NYSLA can issue the temporary permit for AMC.
