Hi Josh, Attached is a NYS Liquor Authority 30-Day Advance Notice for AMC Webster 12 at 2190 Empire Blvd. They already have a liquor license, but they are changing the class type. Just checking to see if the applicant would be in violation of any Town of Webster Zoning Ordinances and also giving you a heads up for this should there be a need for any review from Code Compliance or Fire Marshal. Please let me know at your earliest convenience, as I will be placing this on the Town Board Agenda for 7/16 to waive the 30 days as requested.
