WITNESSETH that the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), paid by the Grantee, hereby grants and releases unto the Grantee, the heirs or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever,

ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND See attached legal description

Being and hereby intending to convey those lands to be dedicated to the Town of Webster, shown on maps of the Westwood Estates Subdivision-Sections 3 as shown on subdivision maps filed in the Monroe County Clerk’s Office in Liber 370 of Maps, page 15 and Liber 370 of Maps, page 16 on April 3, 2025.
