Resolution No. ___: MOTION by ___, seconded by ___, to appoint Dwayne Hilfiker to the
position of Chief Wastewater Treatment Plan Operator for the Town of Webster, effective July 4,
2026, concurrent with the current Chief Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, Rick Kenealy, for
the purposes for cross training and knowledge transfer.
