Board of Education of the Webster Central School District Section 1000 BYLAWS Title ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING Policy #1620 Adopted December 10, 2024 Last Reviewed October 1, 2025 SUBJECT: ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING The Board will hold its Annual Organization Meeting at any time during the first 15 days of July on or before July 20, or the Monday after whichever comes last. Officers The meeting will be called to order by the District Clerk, who will act as a Temporary Chairperson. The Board will proceed to the election of a President and Vice President. Election will be by a majority vote.
Oath of Office The District Clerk will administer the Oath of Office to the newly elected officers and new members of the Board.
