Town of Webster Walter W. Bradley Pollution Control Facility
May 28, 2026 Town Board 1000 Ridge Rd Webster, NY 14580 I am requesting to have a personnel item added to the June 4th agenda. We have had a “Summer Help” line item in our budget but had not had the opportunity to use it. As we are finishing up our current project, we want this facility to be a showcase and there were certain areas of the facility, that were not included in the general housekeeping for the project, that need addressing. There is additional painting, general cleaning, groundskeeping, and organizing that needs to happen and utilizing a summer employee would be great benefit to us. I reached out to the Webster Department Heads and staff to see if anyone knew of a high school student or college student that would like a summer job. I received one response, a Senior in high school, gave her a tour today and she was very enthusiastic about the opportunity. She finishes school near the end of June and would be willing to start right away. This is why I would like to try and get this on the June 4th agenda.
