Vitat Signs is applying for a sign permit for above mentioned address. Vital Signs will be removing the current channel letter sign and installing new channel letters per the attached rendering. Vital Signs will also be replacing the faces in the double sided pylon sign per the attached rendering.
All of the specs for the signage is called out in the attached paperwork.
