The proposed signage consists of a double-sided panel installation within the existing monument sign structure currently located on the property. It is designed to identify our business clearly and professionally while remaining consistent with the overall appearance and scale of the existing sign structure and surrounding plaza aesthetics. Our intent with this signage is to improve visibility for customers traveling along the roadway, as many residents and passing motorists are still unaware that our business has opened at this location. Because Bloom & Blend is tucked slightly off the road, effective monument signage is extremely important in helping customers safely identify the plaza entrance and locate our business.
The proposed sign panel measures approximately 70” x 28” and will be fabricated using durable exterior-grade materials appropriate for long-term outdoor use. The design is clean, simple, and intended to complement the existing monument structure without altering the footprint, height, or overall configuration of the sign itself.
As a locally owned small business, we greatly appreciate the Town's consideration and support throughout this process. We are excited to continue establishing ourselves within the Webster community and believe this signage will help improve customer awareness while maintaining an attractive appearance along the corridor.
