Brian Neenan, Superintendent From: Brian Freeman Re: Transportation Bid Acceptance Cc: Board of Education Date: 12/21/2021 Attached are the results of the Thomas portion of the capital project that was approved in December of 2018 by the Webster voters. The bids were opened on Tuesday December 21, 2021, at 2:00 pm at the Webster Buildings and Grounds Warehouse. Bids were accepted for General Construction, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Site Work, and Fuel Island installation. The work incorporated into these contractors are for the following areas: Garage Expansion (Storage Bay, Additional Lift Bay, Bus Wash Bay) Parking Lot Redesign and Expansion (Bus and Employee) Fuel Island Relocation Utility Upgrades (Block Heaters, Parking Lot Lighting) Alternates Include: Fencing Upgrades Window Replacement Door Replacement Floor Drain Replacement Office Upgrades Snow Brush System (Not Accepting-Alternate #6) After opening the bids, the pricing was in line with what was budgeted for in this portion of the project. Therefore we were able to award the bids for all of the alternates we had hoped for. The following contractors are deemed to be the lowest responsible bidders:
