President Gurowski called the Tuesday, May 10, 2022 Workshop meeting to order at 4:32 p.m. in the 1st Floor Professional Development Center at District Office, 119 South Avenue, Webster. There was a quorum. The building condition survey is conducted on a rotating basis and results were reviewed by building as well as the maximum cost for construction, incidentals and the projected cost for the project. The scope of Tier 1 and 2 items was reviewed in detail and identified per building. Discussion took place regarding planning, financing, tax implications, what is aidable, debt, capital reserve funding, etc. At first blush, the total estimated Tier 1 work is $113,227,828. A comparison was shown by building and respective area. The board will receive an update in July. J. Richardson motioned, L. Dioguardi seconded to adjourn the workshop. The workshop adjourned at 6:17 p.m. Vote: 7: Yes; 0: No.
