WEBSTER CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT (BRIAN NEENAN)
WHEREAS, the Board desires to include an addendum to the Employment Agreement of Superintendent of Schools Brian Neenan; and WHEREAS, the Board and Mr. Neenan have agreed to the terms and conditions of the addendum addressing Mr. Neenan’s compensation and an extension to the term of his Employment Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Board has considered the proposed addendum submitted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Education of the Webster Central School District as follows: 1.
The Board hereby approves the addendum to the Employment Agreement of Superintendent Brian Neenan, effective July 1, 2022, extending his Employment Agreement to June 30, 2026, and increasing his base salary compensation by 2.85% for the 2022-2023 school year.

The Board hereby authorizes the President of the Board to execute said addendum to Mr. Neenan’s Employment Agreement on behalf of the District.

This resolution shall take effect July 1, 2022.
