Brian Neenan, Superintendent From: Brian Freeman, Assistant Superintendent for Business Re: Cooperative Bid - Fine Paper (Spring) Cc: Board of Education Date: June 7, 2022 The Webster Central School District participated in a Cooperative Bid for Fine Paper that was coordinated by the Monroe #2 BOCES for 5/1/2022 through 10/31/2022 school year. The bid has the following criteria: 1. The bid is done twice a year – for fall purchases and spring purchases. 2. The bid is awarded on a line item basis. 3. Bid recommendations are approved by the Bid Coordinator and the committee. 4. The estimated total ordered from this bid by Webster is $129,342.50 RECOMMENDED RESOLUTION: It is recommended to the Webster Board of Education that we accept the bids for duplicating paper from Economy Paper Company, as the lowest responsible bidders meeting specifications of Monroe #2 BOCES.
